Any student enrolled in a university is eligible to apply. Proof of enrollment may be required.

Begin by filling out our online application form. After a review, selected candidates will be contacted for further documentation and sent the lease contract.

Once your application is approved and payment is made, you'll receive a move-in packet with instructions, key collection details, and more.

Our standard lease term aligns with the academic year, from October to June. Unfortunately we do not offer lease extensions for the summer months.

We accept bank transfers and payments made through Pošta Slovenije.

Rent is due on the 5th day of each month. A late fee of 25 euros applies if rent is paid after the 5th of the month.

There are 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms on the property available for use by all residents.
There are 2 rooms per floor and one kitchen and bathroom on each floor.

Yes, all rooms come with basic furnishings, including a bed, desk, and chair.

Yes, we have a washer and dryer available for all residents on the property.

Submit a maintenance request through our online portal on this website (click “Login”), and our maintenance team will address it.

We prioritize the safety of our residents. The property has 24/7 surveillance cameras, locks on the front door of the building, each room, and each wardrobe.

Since StudentDom is located in the center of Koper, there is no available car parking.

Here is an overview of the Student Dom Property Rules:
- The primary purpose of the leased premises is to be used by the Tenant to reside in and study.
- Smoking is prohibited on the premises of the property, including the backyard & patio.
- Overnight guests are prohibited.
- Rooftop access is strictly prohibited at any time.
- Quiet Enjoyment. The tenant may not disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other Tenants in the building or surrounding neighbors. The tenant is responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours. Quiet hours are from on weekdays from 22:00 to 7:00 and from 23:00 to 10:00 on weekends.
- Tenant shall not store in the room smelly objects and liquids, perishable foods, as well as create odors that disturb other tenants.
- Using electricity to connect devices and equipment with a capacity exceeding 100 W are not allowed except for ones available in the house (stove, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, kettle, air-conditioners, and microwave ovens).
- Pets are not allowed in the building at any time.
- Not allowed to use the premises for industrial or illegal activities of any kind.
- Tenants must report maintenance issues to the Lessor as soon as they are noticed.
